减震器对冲击作用下电路板动态响应的影响

在复杂环境工作下电路板会受到冲击和振动作用,容易发生损坏,可靠性低。针对这个问题,通常做法是为电路板配置减震器。文中以实际生产中使用的电子压力计为研究对象,利用ABAQUS软件建立电子压力计及电路板模型,模拟电子压力计在油井中的冲击过程,分析了减震器对电路板动态响应的影响,结果表明:减震器使电路板的最大加速度、应力及挠曲变形较降低了82.9%、88.8%和82.8%,为分析提高电路板可靠性及减震器优化提供了依据。

In a complex environment,the circuit board is subject to shock and vibration,which is prone to damage and low reliability.To solve this problem,it is common practice to configure shock absorbers for circuit boards.This paper takes the electronic pressure gauge used in actual production as the research object,uses ABAQUS software to establish the electronic pressure gauge and circuit board model,simulates the impact process of the electronic pressure gauge in the oil well,and analyzes the impact of the shock absorber on the dynamic response of the circuit board.The results show that the shock absorber reduces the maximum acceleration,stress and flexural deformation of the circuit board by 82.9%,88.8% and 82.8%,providing a basis for analyzing the reliability of the circuit board and optimizing the shock absorber.
