目的:找出一种实用的芯片缺陷自动检测方法,以保证芯片质量。方法;将芯片的主体从背景中分离出来,进行预处理后,再进行分割,然后进行连通区域标记并统计出连通区域的数目即是芯片的数目,通过比较检测面板和标准面板的芯片数目,根据差异判定缺陷。结果:该方法编制的程序比较准确地计算出了芯片的数目。结论:该功能的良好使用,可以配套自动化的送料、分拣系统,再包装打标识,入库,提高效率。

Objective:To find out a practical method of automatic chip defect detection to ensure chip hods:The main body of the chip is separated from the background, preprocessed and then segmented, then the connected area is marked and the number of connected areas is counted as the number of chips, and the defect is judged according to the difference by comparing the number of chips of the detection panel and the standard ults:The program compiled by this method calculates the number of chips more clusion:The good use of this function can be matched with automatic feeding and sorting system, packaging and marking, storage, and improve efficiency.
