以某型号具有极化磁系统航天继电器为研究对象,设计改进模拟容性负载的试验电路,获得电涌电流大小和时间范围更广的电路与试验方案。分析额定电流2 A,电涌电流5 A、8 A、10 A、13 A、16 A的容性负载下触点的燃弧时间。最后分析了如何估计出其瞬态电流最大值,以及如何提高继电器的抗电涌能力,讨论了减小电涌电流对继电器触点的影响,从而提高继电器的可靠性与寿命。

A type of polarized electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet was researched. According to thetest requirements of the polarized relay, the test program and surge load circuit were designed. And then it analyzedarcing time of contact under the capacitive load of surge cmxent 5 A, 8 A, 13 A, 16 A, steady-state cmxent 2 A.Last,how to estimate the maximum of the transient cmxent was analyzed. The method can enhance polarized relay＇ sresisting surge capability and reduce surge cmxent＇ s influence on polarized relay contacts and improve the relay＇ sreliability and life.
