The detailed design process of the high frequency transformer was presented under the condition that the form of the main circuit and the design index were given, including the design and selection of the core, copper wire, the original edge and the side turn number, etc. Finally, the theoretical analysis was verified by simulation software, and the correctness of the design was proved.
