A hardware platform design of the signal processing circuit for electrical field time grating sensors was proposed, and the design principles were introduced. This platform is based on the SOPC technology, and the single FPGA chip integrates the sig- nal acquisition function, signal processing function and signal transmission function. This hardware platform is applied to the linear displacement measurement experiment of the electrical field sensor.
