基于肇庆市肇水水务发展有限公司一级泵房机组工况,以YQ20006系列活塞式多功能水泵控制阀为研究对象,为水泵控制阀设计报警电路。从元器件选型开始,分析了7种不同情形下的电路工作原理,对报警电路进行设计与试验,还提出了报警后的应对措施。技术改造后,系统能够针对不同的故障发出短时声光报警、长时间声光报警和蜂鸣器报警等,为操作和维修人员带来方便。3年的试运行效果达到预期,收到了值班人员的较高评价。

By taking the YQ20006 series piston type multi-function pump control valve as the research object to discuss a kind of humanized fault alarm circuit. Combined with the working conditions of the first class pump house of Zhaoqing Zhaoshui Water Service Development Co., Ltd., the alarm circuit is designed for the pump control valve, and its components are selected. The working principles of the circuit in 7 different cases are analyzed, and the countermeasures for different alarms are put forward. After such a technological transformation, the system can send out short time acousto-optic alarm, long time acousto- optic alarm and buzzer alarm for different faults, which brings convenience for operators and maintenance personnel. 3 years of trial...
