By taking the YQ20006 series piston type multi-function pump control valve as the research object to discuss a kind of humanized fault alarm circuit. Combined with the working conditions of the first class pump house of Zhaoqing Zhaoshui Water Service Development Co., Ltd., the alarm circuit is designed for the pump control valve, and its components are selected. The working principles of the circuit in 7 different cases are analyzed, and the countermeasures for different alarms are put forward. After such a technological transformation, the system can send out short time acousto-optic alarm, long time acousto- optic alarm and buzzer alarm for different faults, which brings convenience for operators and maintenance personnel. 3 years of trial...
