设计了一个具有9个敏感单元的LAPS系统,并使用硬件描述语言(VHDL,Very-High-Speed IntegratedCircuit Hardware Description Language)实现对其的光源寻址与调制功能.与采用传统的基于中小规模集成电路器件作为光源控制电路的LAPS系统相比,具有高可靠性、便于升级、低成本等特点,特别适用于单片集成化的LAPS系统.

A LAPS system with 9 sensitive areas is designed.Hardware discription language (VHDL,Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language)is used to realize the modulation of the addressing light source and addressing the exact sensing cell in the LAPS' chip.Compared with the traditional design method for LAPS' light control circuit based on medium/small integrated circuit,or the bottom-up method,this design has the advantage of high reliability,easy to upgrade,and low cost,especially suitable for monolithic integrated LAPS system.
