Investigation was made to the Under-Voltage Release of the Universal Circuit Breaker in the start-up and working condition,using double winding coil and the constant current source circuit technology,which reduced the holding coil current,to achieve the design of the Low-Power Under-Voltage circuit design has high sensitivity,high reliability and low power consumption.
