电机缺相运行,会使电动机绕组严重发热,甚至造成重大事故。针对一起变电站主变压器风机控制回路中三相异步电机缺相运行时保护电路未动作的故障实例,经过实验模拟和理论计算分析.得出该电机缺相保护电路设计存在缺陷的结论。通过对该电机缺相保护电路进行改进,并经实验电路检验.证明新设计电路可以起到电机缺相运行保护作用,并已应用于实际电路中。

Phase-deficient operation of motor will lead to serious heating of windings and even cause a major accident. Protection didn't act when three-phase asynchronous motor in a control circuit operated phase-deficiently. In view of the accident, experimental simulation and analysis on theoretical calculation were carried out and the results led to the conclusion that the circuit design for lack-phase protection was defective. Thus, improvement was done, and experiment verified that newly designed circuit is effective in motor lack-phase protection.
