旋转变压器软件解码系统研究
资料介绍
采用分离器件搭建旋变软件解码系统,替代专用解码芯片以节约成本。首先根据旋变工作原理,用Multisim软件设计并仿真旋变的硬件接口电路,将主控芯片输出的方波调理成正弦励磁波,并将旋变输出的正余弦信号进行调理,以确保主控芯片采集信号的可靠性、同步性和稳定性。然后研究基于角度观测器的旋变软件解码算法,构造传递函数,搭建解码模型,利用Matlab/Simulink仿真并自动生成C代码。最后联合Hi L和lauterbach TRACE32仿真本旋变软件解码系统,验证其可行性与准确性。
Decoding system of resolver built with discrete components, replacing dedicated decoder chipto save costs. Firstly, according to the working principle of the resolver , Multisim software is used todesign and simulation resolver hardware interface circuit, Resolver’s input excitation signal and resolver’s output sine and cosine signal are conditioned, in order to ensure the reliability, synchronization andstability of the resolver signal inputting a master chip .
