资料介绍

逆变电源作为一种大功率的电源装置,后级驱动电路的共通往往会使H桥场效应管发热甚至烧坏,对逆变系统的性能有着十分重要的影响。分析了芯片ir2110作为后级驱动导致H桥共通产生的原因,同时利用吸收缓冲电路和负压关断电路对逆变电源驱动电路的设计进行了优化,通过专业的电源设计与仿真软件Saber进行了仿真与验证,最终设计出了一种能很好防止共通的H桥驱动电路结构。

As a high-power supply apparatus, common conduction of the after-stage driver circuit of inverter power always makes MOS tubes of the H Bridge fever and even burn out, seriously affecting the performance of the inverter system. By analyzing the reason for common conduction of H Bridge of the after stage driver circuit of the ir2110 and making use of the snubber circuit and negative voltage shutdown circuit, optimized design of the power inverter driver circuit was given, and simulation and verification was conducted by software Saber. Finally, a better driver circuit of H Bridge was designed for preventing common conduction.
