Using ultra low power microcontroller STC89C52, 12 bit A/D serial TLC2543 converter and integrated operational amplifier LM324 realize the functions of measuring resistance, voltage, current and frequency. The system is mainly composed of hardware measurement circuit, data processing part, software function module, and so on. The system's structure is simple. And compared to other traditional test system, it has advantages of flexible scene change, fast processing speed, good real-time, accurate and reliable, strong anti-interference ability, and has very good practical value.
