小型排爆机器人的直流电机驱动电路设计

根据小型排爆机器人在精确移动及可靠跨越障碍方面对电机驱动的特殊要求，提出一种基于BTS7970驱动芯片的直流电机驱动系统的设计方案，详细介绍了系统的硬件电路和基于PWM控制转速的软件实现方法。实验结果表明该直流电机驱动系统具有驱动功率大，抗干扰性能强，效率高，调速范围广等特点，适合于较大电机驱动功率的应用场合。
According to the explosive disposal robot’s special Requirements of the accurate motion and reliable across obstacles, a design scheme of DC motor＇s driving circuit based on BTS7970 driver IC is presented ,hardware circuit of the system and the software implemention of controling pulse width modulation （PWM） principle in this paper. Experiments show that the DC motor driving scheme has strong driving ability,strong anti-interference,high efficiency and wide speed range ,and can be very useful in the applications of high-power driver for the mobile robot .
