PCB圆孔圆心的定位是决定PCB板精度和性能的重要因素之一随着计算机图形技术的发展和完善，基于图像处理技术的快速检侧方法逐渐被应用到PCB圆孔检侧领域.提出一种新的PCB圆孔检侧方法，这种方法首先用工业摄像机获取PCB图像，然后通过对采集的PCB图像进行预处理，提取PCB圆孔图像边缘，进而利用Hough变换检侧圆，获得圆心坐标和半径.实验表明，本方法具有自适应特点，可以缩小精确定位的搜索范围，并在一定程度上提高检侧速度，且所获圆心坐标准确.

The location of a circular hole is an crucial factor which determines the precision and function of PCB. A fast detection method, based on computer graphics technology,is gradually applied to the field of loca- ting a circular hole in PCB. This paper presents a new image processing method of detecting PCB. The method is to use a industry camera to acquire the image of PCB firstly, then preprocess the image, extract the edge of the PCB circular hole, and then gain the center coordinates and radius by Hough transform. The experiment shows that the method has its adaptability, which narrows its search scope for the accurate positioning of round holes.
