资料介绍

针对开关磁阻电机调速系统的开关器件在工作过程中，会产生大的电磁干扰和大的功率损耗问题，提出了一种基于新型电容分压并联谐振直流环的功率变换电路拓扑。该电路是在传统的硬开关不对称逆变桥的各开关器件上并联缓冲电容，实现对相开关的零电压关断；同时，在直流母线上加入一个由二个电感与一个电容为主要组成元件的谐振环，通过对此谐振环中谐振开关的合理控制，即可实现对相开关的零电压开通及对谐振开关的零电流或零电压软通断。通过对功率电路工作原理和动作模式过程的分析，得出需满足的软开关条件。具有此谐振环的软开关变换器，有效区间大、功率损耗小，因而提高了开关磁阻电机调速系统的效率和性能。用Matlab仿真实验验证了此电路的正确性与有效性。

With regard to the electromagnetic interference and power loss generated in the operation of the switches in switched reluctance motor drive （SRD） system, the paper proposed a converter with a new kind of capacitor divider par- allel resonant DC link（CDPRDCL）.
