This paper describes a microcontroller-based photodiode array drive circuit of MCU. In a single microcontroller, it accompli- shes generating a photodiode array's timing signal, A/D conversion and data transmission throughout the process, which could detect weak signals in nA level. Compared with the commonly programmable logic devices, it is low-cost, low power consumption and the circuit structure is simple.
