印制电路板钻孔毛刺问题的研究
资料介绍
印制电路板加工中，受物料、设备、参数等因素的影响，钻孔极易产生多种品质问题，如常见的孔口批锋。本文从印制电路板钻孔基本原理和过程出发，研究了钻孔批锋产生的原因，并依此提出了一些改善措施。
Because the influence of the material, equipment, parameter, etc., drilling is easy to have various quality problems, such as the common orifice burrs. On the principle of drilling of PCB, the causes of drilling burrs were analyzed in this paper and some improving measures were then put forward.
