资料介绍

为实现在物联网条件下对齿轮箱各参数的监测,设计了齿轮箱监测电路并对该电路的硬件和软件进行了设计。硬件包含电源电路、有线连接电路、短波通讯电路、物联网电路、报警电路、精准时钟电路、主控电路和通讯组网;软件结合各个监测指标的采集顺序,采用C语言进行程序设计。

In order to monitor the parameters of gear box under the condition of Internet of things,it designs a gear box monitoring circuit,illustrates the hardware design and software. The hardware circuit includes the power supply circuit,the wired connection circuit,the short wave communication circuit,the IOT circuit,the alarm circuit,the accurate clock circuit,the main control circuit and the communication network design. The software system combines the acquisition order of each monitoring index,and uses the C language to carry out the program design.
