资料介绍

利用有限元分析软件Ansys Electronic的Circuit模块建立交流接触器线圈等效电路,应用Maxwell 3D电路-机械耦合仿真分析了交流接触器的动态吸合过程及其动态吸力特性、动态位移特性、动态电流特性。对交流接触器动态计算过程进行试验测试,结果表明,该仿真方法能较好地反映铁心的动态吸合过程及铁心碰撞的运动情况。

The coil＇s equivalent circuit was made by using finite element software Ansys electronic circuit model. The AC contactor＇s dynamic moving progress and the characteristic of attraction,displacement,current were analyzed by circuit-mechanical coupling calculation with Maxwell 3 D model. The simulation result is well responded to the iron core＇s dynamic moving progress. The buffer structure＇s modal calculation was done and the MNF file was exported by using Ansys. The speed and position in three cases of buffer structure were analyzed by using ADAMS software with rigid-flexible coupled calculation.
