固态高频的频率对应某一个负载都有一个频率范围,然而在故障状态下。如感应器短路、开路、接地等,使得输出阻抗产生激烈的变化。电感值发生很大变化,引起负载工作频率的改变。当频率发生激烈的变化时,频率过高,产生过电压;频率过低。产生过电流。上述两种情况都会损坏设备,影响正常的生产。叙述了固态高频电源频率保护的原理和电路设计.当设备的工作频率超出正常工作频率范围时,能迅速给出报警动作。使整流桥从整流状态转换到逆变状态,从而保护设备免遭损坏。

Solid-state high frequency power has a frequency range when it works normally. However, the fault conditions, such as sensor short circuit, open circuit, grounding, and etc. cause output impedance and frequency changing. When the frequency is too high or too low, over-voltage or over-current is resulted. Both cases can damage the equipment, and affect the normal production. The solid-state high power frequency protection principles and circuit design were described in this paper. When the device operating frequencies were beyond the normal operating frequency range, alarm action was done quickly. So that the rectifier bridge output was zero to protect the equipment against damage.
