研究了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的高频逆变电阻点焊电源,重点介绍逆变电路的工作原理以及控制方法,并通过实验验证了点焊电源的稳定性和可靠性。结果表明,基于数字信号处理器的高频逆变电阻点焊电源采用全桥逆变输出、PI调节和三段焊输出电流,实现了电路软开关,提高了焊机逆变频率,保证了焊接过程的稳定性和焊件的点焊质量。

This paper studies the high frequency inverter resistance spot welding power source based on digital signal processor(DSP),and introduces the working principle and control method of inverter circuit,and verifies the stability and reliability of spot welding power source by experiment. The result shows that high frequency inverter resistance spot welding power source based on the digital signal processor adopts full bridge inverter output,PI regulation and three sections of welding output current. As a result,the soft switch circuit is realized,the frequency of inverter welding machine is improved,and the stability of the welding process and spot welding quality are ensured.
