With the development of the city,the transportation hub of the city gets more and more attention.In the urban road system of the road traffic situation,how to allocate the traffic structure of people,vehicles and road by the existing road traffic system is an urgent problem to be solved in the current traffic management system.This paper describes the most critical control system in the urban traffic control system:the principle of traffic lights control system and puts forward a simple and practical design method based on digital integrated circuits.
