通过对二极管的结构及正向温度特性进行研究分析,解决了其正向电压随温度变化非线形性的问题,通过小于的恒流源电路设计,解决了等效二极管自热问题对被测温度的影响,最后进行冰水混合物0摄氏度的温度校准,实现了本电路能直接与普通万用表电压档连接,即能准确测试温度值的效果。
