资料介绍

近年来,基于计算机与图像处理技术进行的PCB（印刷电路板）缺陷自动视觉检测的研究开始成为PCB检测的热门方向。图像识别是一门跨学科的前沿技术,近年来取得了突飞猛进的发展,在PCB检测系统中图像识别就是通过对PCB图像进行运算、比较而判断出待测PCB是否为错误板的过程,就是图像处理的最终目的。本文应用数学形态学的知识对PCB图像进行特征提取和识别,列举了不同的数学形态学的识别算法,并对其进行介绍和总结,最后用实际的图像进行了实验,检验了所应用的图像识别方法的效果。

In recent years,the research on automatic visual detection on the defects of PCB that is based on computer and image processing technology has become a popular direction about PCB detection.Image recognition is a cross-subject and advanced technique,it has achieved rapid development in recent years.In PCB detection system,image recognition is the process that judges out whether the PCB is defective,which is proceeded by making operation and comparison on PCB images,it is the ultimate goal of image processing.In this paper,we use the knowledge of Mathematical Morphology to extract features of PCB image and recognize it, list different recognition methods of Mathematical Morphology,and introduce and summarize...
