The design flaws of current intelligent moulded case circuit breaker controller circuit were analyzed,and an MSP430F147 micro controller unit(MCU) as the core of the optimization scheme was put forward.The method could adopt the current signal processing circuit design of gain adjusting and anti-confusion filter.The shunt regulating circuit design of hysteretic behavior would be adopted by the power circuit micro controller equipped with two sets of circuit design of monitoring system and clock system,whose design was low power consumption.The design of controller circuit for intelligent moulded case circuit breaker was simple,the number of used component was few,which conformed to the EMC characteristic and the reliable request.It was guaranteed that th...
