资料介绍

为了提高服务小车在复杂环境下语音控制的可靠性,设计了一种由无线遥控系统和车载驱动系统构成的无线语音服务小车。无线遥控系统利用LD3320语音芯片识别语音指令,后经单片机NEC协议编码、脉冲位置调制(PPM)和二次调制形成脉冲串、利用A73B红外发射模块来实现红外指令的传输,或将指令输出给nRF24L01无线电收发芯片,实现2.4 GHz无线电指令的传输。车载驱动系统通过1838T红外接收头接收红外指令;或通过nRF24L01无线电收发芯片接收无线电指令。指令经单片机处理后,控制小车完成相应动作。实际测试表明,在复杂环境下,该服务小车整体运行良好,无线语音控制可靠性高。未来,实时图像采集系统将得到护展,以进一步提高服务小车人机交互性。

In order to improve the effective voice control of the service trolley in complex environment,a wireless voice service trolley based on wireless remote control system and vehicle drive system has been designed.The wireless control system uses voice IC LD3320 to recognize voice commands,then uses nippon electronic company(NEC) protocol to encode,pulse position modulation(PPM) and two-levelled modulation to form a pulse string.The transmission of infrared instructions is achieved by infrared module A73 B,or the instructions are output to transceiver chip nRF24 L01,for implementing 2.4 GHz radio instruction transmission.Vehicle drive system uses 1838 T to receive infrared instructions,or receive radio instruction through the nRF24 L01.The instructions are processed by MCU to control trolley’s actions.Experimental tests show that the overall operation of service trolley under complex environment is excellent,and the reliability of wireless voice control is high.In the future,real-time image acquisition system will be expanded to improve human-computer interaction of the trolley.
