随着HXD1B型电力机车使用年限的增长,各种“活故障”逐渐增多。针对机车主断路器数据信息不足,不能帮助检修人员快速、准确定位故障部件的问题,从分析主断路器控制原理着手,采取从机车的数据采集模块(SKS3)预留的空余端口引入新的控制信号对机车主断路数据进行扩充的故障判断方案,并通过空余端口试验、外部电路故障试验验证方案的可行性。给出如何编写数据分析软件以及主断路器故障判断方法。该方案具有改造工程量小、不影响机车控制过程等优点,也适用于HXD1型系列其他机车。

As the service life of HXD1B locomotive extends,various“ live fault”starts to increase gradually. Data and information on main circuit breaker of locomotives are insufficient,which cannot help the maintenance person. nel to quickly and accurately identity the status of a failed component. The article starts from analyzing the main cir. cuit breaker control principle, adopts a scheme of introducing new control signals to extend data on main circuit breaker of locomotives via the reserved redundant port of the data acquisition module (SKS3) of locomotives,and verify the feasibility of the scheme based on the reserved redundant port test and the external circuit fault test. The ar. ticle provides the methods to write the data analysis software and judge a main circuit breaker fault. The scheme is ad. vantageous in low in modification enginee ring quantity,with no impact on the locomotive control process,etc. It is also applicable to other locomotives of the HXD1 series.
