G3i仪器是INOVA公司研发的24位有线遥测地震勘探仪器,由中央记录系统(CRS)和地面电子设备组成。地面电子设备有采集站、电源站、交叉站、电缆和交叉线,其功能是在中央记录系统管控下,采集并传输野外地震数据。本文阐述了G3i电源站提升电压电路工作原理,64V提升电压即线电压传输原理,脉宽调制和驱动器等功能电路工作原理,以及电源站常见故障维修思路。给维修人员提供排除G3i电源站故障的理论依据及维修技巧,提高维修质量和效率。

G3 iis a kind of 24 bit cable telemetry seismic exploration instrument developed by INOVA Company.It is consists of a central recording system(CRS)and ground equipment.Field equipment consists of RAM,PSU,FTU,cable and crosswire.G3 ican collect and transmit the field seismic data under the control of CRS.This paper not only introduces the working principle of G3 ipower station unit(PSU)booster circuit,64 Vline voltage transmission principle,but also introduced theworking principleabout functional circuits of PWM and driver,as well as described the common failure maintenance ideas of PSU.Through this paper,the theoretical basis and skills for troubleshooting G3 iPSU is provided for maintenance personnel,then to improve the maintenance quality and efficiency.
