为了实现水下超声成像系统中超声信号的相控发射和高速实时的数据传输,设计了一种超声相控阵发射系统。分析了超声相控聚焦原理以及UDP通信协议,利用FPGA和以太网实现了数据的高速传输和32通道超声相控阵激励信号的发射,并设计了高压脉冲发射电路来驱动超声换能器。实验表明,该系统可以高速实时传输数据,实现了相控聚焦发射并且延时精度达到了1.25 ns,发射信号稳定,可以应用于水下物体的实时成像的实现。

In order to realize phase control emission of ultrasonic signal and high speed real-time data transmission in underwater ultrasonic imaging system,an ultrasonic phase-controlled transmission system was developed.The ultrasonic phased focusing principle and the UDP communication protocol were analyzed.High speed data transmission and emission of 32-channel ultrasonic phased array excitation signal were realized by FPGA and Ethernet.High voltage pulse transmitting circuit was designed to drive ultrasonic transducer.The experiments show that the system can be used for phased-controlled transmission with time-delay accuracy about 1.25 ns.The transmitting signal is stable and can be used to realize real-time imaging of underwater objects.
