资料介绍

近年来,结构损伤中超声相控阵检测技术正逐渐成为国际无损检测领域的研究热点之一。由于目前超声相控阵驱动电路中大多采用脉冲信号的激励方式,驱动信号的强度难以控制,缺陷处回波的有效信号不够突出,使得相控阵检测的分辨率较低。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于FPGA技术的新型超声相控阵驱动电路,该驱动电路利用FPGA片上丰富的逻辑资源以及其编程的灵活性,实现了任意波形信号的激励,并且依据超声波在材料中的衰减规律,通过在片上构建强度控制算法实现了缺陷处应力波等强度的目的,从而提高了缺陷检测的分辨率和信噪比。系统主要包括激励信号生成模块、强度程序控制模块以及高频功放模块。最终通过实验,验证了系统的可行性。
