资料介绍

为了提高光电编码器测量的精度,在FPGA内利用VHDL语言,采用自顶向下的设计方法,设计了一种高精度的光电编码器接口电路,实现了鉴相、四倍频、计数、锁存并通过UART发送到PC机终端显示等功能.通过在QuartusⅡ下进行软件仿真和在Altera公司CycloneⅣ系列EP1C12Q240C8芯片上进行硬件测试,结果表明,该方案实现的光电编码器的角位移测量精度可以提高8倍.

In order to improve optical-encoder＇s precision of measurement,a high precision interface circuit of optical-encoder is designed with the aid of VHDL language in FPGA and the top-down design method,which realize phase discrimination,four fold-frequency,count its number,latch and through UART sent data to PC terminal display ough simulation under QuartusⅡ and hardware test on CycloneⅣ series of Altera Company in the EP1C12Q240C8 chip,the results show that this scheme can improve the angular displacement of optical-encoder＇s measurement accuracy about eight times.
