The hardware circuit of magnetorheological val ve control system was designed based on DSP（TMS320LF2407A）,including clock circuit,power conversion circuit,detection circuit,driver circuit of magnetroheological valve,serial communication circuit,and bus buffer and level translation circuit etc..The hardware circuit design is simple and reliable,and achieves good application effect in control system of hydraulic powered support in Xinghua coal mine.
