在功率放大器设计中,可采用谐波抑制电路抑制功率放大器的谐波分量,以提高功率放大器的输出功率和功率附加效率.DGS是在平面微波传输线接地金属板上通过刻蚀周期或非周期的形状,以改变电路衬底材料的有效介电常数,实现改变微带线的分布电感和分布电容的效果的结构.DGS单元具有很好的带隙特性和慢波效应.本文对DGS的应用进行深入的研究,并设计完成一款基于DGS的微带低通滤波器.仿真结果表明该种结构可以有效的改善通带内射频传输特性的平坦度.

In the design of power amplifiers, harmonic components of power amplifier can be suppressed by harmonic suppression circuit, so as to improve the output power and power added efficiency of power amplifier. DGS is a planar microwave transmission line which a periodic or aperiodic shape etched on in a grounding metal plate. The equivalent circuit of stray inductance and capacitance of the microstrip line is achieved by change the effective dielectric constant of the circuit substrate material. The DGS unit exhibits remarkable bandgap characteristics and slow wave characteristics.
