Introduces the use of hardware description language（VHDL） to the complex programmable logic device（CPLD） program,thus realizing the voltage controlled oscillator（VCO） output frequency automatic control system is applied to missile seeker straight wave receiver,focuses on the automatic frequency control principle and realization method,including the design of hardware and establishing the mathematical model and the simulation,as well as the application of practice,it is proved that the system is simple and reliable,easy to use.
