资料介绍

放大器是模数转换器(ADC)的重要组成部分,而ADC又是CMOS图像传感器中重要的模块电路。所以放大器的性能直接决定了整个CMOS图像传感器的性能。本文设计了一款适用于CMOS图像传感器中的放大器,该放大器可以适用于Single-Slope ADC,该放大器由电容电路和折叠共源共栅级放大器构成,在UMC110nm CMOS工艺,电源电压1. 5V条件下,采用spectre对放大器电路进行了模拟仿真,结果显示满足系统要求。

Amplifier is an important part of analog-to-digital converter( ADC),and ADC is an important module circuit in CMOS image sensor. So the performance of the amplifier directly determines the performance of the whole CMOS image sensor. An amplifier for CMOS image sensor is designed in this paper. The amplifier can be applied to single-slope ADC. The amplifier consists of a capacitive circuit and a folded cascode amplifier. The amplifier is designed in UMC110 nm CMOS process,under the condition of the power supply voltage of 1. 5 V,and the amplifier is simulated by spectre,meeting the system requirements.
