一种高精度CMOS过温保护电路
资料介绍
基于SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺,设计了一种过温保护电路。通过采用调整特定电阻技术产生温度迟滞量,有效避免振荡。仿真结果表明,当温度超过106℃时电路关断,当温度降低至84℃时电路开启,迟滞量为22℃。
An over-temperature protection(OTP)circuit was designed in SMIC 0.18μm CMOS s circuit generated temperature hysteresis by adjusting the resistance of the specific resistors to avoid thermal ulation results showed that the OTP circuit is turned off at106°C and returned to work at 84° temperature hysteresis of the OTP is 22°C.
