设计并实现了Flash在线编程系统,包括以NXPMPC5748G为微控制器的下位机、上位机PC和连接两者的支持CANFD的USB/CAN转换器。开发了用于MPC5748G的Bootloader软件和上位PC机在线编程软件,两者通过CANFD基于UDS协议通信。该系统可用于用户应用程序的在线更新和参数标定。测试结果表明,该系统不仅可以有效地实现更新和标定功能,而且显著提高了功能实现的效率。

In the paper,a set of Flash online programming system which consists of a lower computer using NXP MPC5748G as its microcontroller is proposed,a PC as the upper computer,and an USB to CAN converter which supporting CAN FD to connect them.The Bootloader for MPC5748G and online programming software for PC are developed,and both programs are based on the protocol of UDS via CAN FD.The system is applied to update user application and parameter calibration online.The test results show that the system can not only implement the functions effectively,but also improve the efficiency of application updating and parameter calibration significantly.
