给出了一种基于C8051F020单片机的分辨率可配置的AD转换器的设计,其主要特点是:充分利用了C8051F020单片机的内部资源,仅需外置少量元器件,运用逐次逼近法,即可将单片机内部的低位AD转换器和DA转换器实现高于12位的AD转换,分辨率的设置灵活、方便,且电路构成简单、易于实现,转换速率高。

The design is presented of a kind of an Analog to Digital Converter(ADC)with configurable resolution based on single chip main feature was made use of the mostinternal resource of the single chip C8051F020,that there was no or a little need of external hardware,applying the method of successive order of the ADC provided was higher than 12 bits,which was composed of a lower-resolution ADC and Digital to Analog Converter(DAC)inside the single precision can be set and modified easily,and the circuit is easy to achieve with high conversion rate.
