资料介绍

针对感应加热电源存在的精度低、谐波污染高和效率低等问题，传统方法一般是采用PID或者模糊控制法对逆变电路进行优化，很难达到预期效果。基于节能环保的理念，设计了一种模糊滑模控制算法对电路进行优化，通过仿真建立了20kW/100kHz的Buck型感应加热电路，采用模糊滑模控制算法对Buck型电路进行控制，提高了输出电压的稳定性和快速响应性，实现了近似输出恒定功率的控制及较低的谐波含量，使感应加热电源具有更好的鲁棒性和自适应能力；符合IEC61000—3—2ClassA标准。

Aiming at the problems of low precision,high harmonic pollution and low efficiency of the induction heating power supply,the traditional method use the PID or fuzzy control method to optimize the inverter circuit,it is hard to complete the desired results.Based on the concept of energy saving and environmental protection,fuzzy and sliding mode variable structure combining control algorithm was adopted to optimize the circuit.The Buck type 20 kW/100 kHz induction heating circuit was built by simulation,fuzzy and sliding mode variable structure combining control algorithm was used to control the Buck circuit.The output voltage stability and fast response were improved,and the control of constant power out...
