一种Buck电路的电磁兼容分析

开关电源工作在几十kHz到1MHz的开关频率,高频的通断状态下产生的电磁干扰(EMI)通过传输通道耦合到系统内外,对系统内外的敏感设备造成了危害,导致系统的电磁兼容性能下降.作者通过在Saber中建立开关电源DC-DC变换电路Buck电路的仿真模型,对各支路的电流信号进行了时域频域分析,研究发现了DC-DC变换电路的主要骚扰源和骚扰途径.此方法可在产品开发前期找出电路电磁骚扰源,降低电磁骚扰程度,减小研究开发成本.

Switching power works between dozens of kHz and 1 MHz.The electromagnetic interference(EMI) can generate coupling with the system through the transmission channel,which may harm the sensitive equipments and decrease the electromagnetic compatibility of system.In this paper,a simulation model of switching power supply DC-DC buck converter circuit is established in Saber,and the current in every branch is analysed in time domain and frequency domain.From the study,the sources and ways of harassment can be found.This method can be utilized to find out the sources of electromagnetic interference in the prophase of product development,which can reduce the level of electromagnetic interference and the cost of research.
