在常规BoostPWM变换器中,主开关管为硬开关开通,造成开关损耗大,变换器效率低.针对这个问题研究了一种优化策略,通过在主开关管电路中增加辅助电路来实现主开关管的软开关.分析了新型BoostPWM变换电路的变换器的工作原理,最后在SABER中通过仿真验证了其不但可以主开关管实现软开通,而且能够实现功率因数校正的目的.

In conventional Boost PWM converter, the main switch is switched on hard switches, resulting in large switching losses and low efficiency of converters. Aiming at this problem, an optimization strategy is studied. By adding auxiliary circuits in the main switch circuit, the soft switching of the main switch can be realized. The converting working principle of the new Boost PWM converter is analyzed. Finally, it is verified by simulation in SABER that it can not only realize the soft opening of the main switch tube, but also realize the purpose of power factor correction.
