资料介绍

介绍了开关电感模型的原理和等效电路。由于PWM开关变换电路的强非线性特性,直接用PSpice软件进行电路瞬态分析时仿真速度非常慢,而且经常出现收敛问题。文中利用PSpice模拟行为建模功能和Boost主电路开关电感模型相结合,建立了Boost变换电路的仿真模型。通过对开关器件的等效平均,简化了Boost变换电路的分析与建模,大大缩短了仿真时间,利用该仿真模型可以分析电路的频域及时域特性,仿真结果符合电路的设计要求。

The principle and equivalent circuit of switched inductor model are introduced in this PWM switching converter is a strong nonlinear time-invariant ct time domain simulation using PSpice takes a long time and often is hard to this paper,the method based on PSpice ABM(analogy behavioral modeling)and switched inductor model to model and simulate the Boost converter is using the averaged switching model,the time-domain simulation of the Boost converter is simplified and uses less simulation model can be used to analyze time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of the circuit,and simulation results can meet requirements of circuit design.
