This paper makes an introduction to the design of a digital three-phase power meter based on Atmega128 microcontroller and ATT7022 metering chip,and a discussion is made on its hardware circuit and software design.The overall circuit design of the power meter strictly follows the principle of separating strong and weak currents.The designed power meter has the characteristics of highly integrated,low-cost,high anti-interference ability,low power consumption and high accuracy and has the functions of two-way metering,billing,protection,communication,LCD and IC-card prepaid service,which can meet the requirements on not only intelligent management of power energy but also power metering of future home solar power system,and has a good application ...
