Compared with other development platforms,Arduino has more resources to make it have more audience.It has a programming environment similar to the Java and C languages,and its representative hardware makes it easier for developers to get started and create a variety of objects.This paper introduces the advantages of Arduino platform with the help of Arduino Uno development board.The structure and operation method of Arduino programming language are briefly explained through a simple program.An application example of how to use Arduino to realize the functions of GPS is given.The advantages of Arduino are illustrated by the realization of these basic functions.
