为了快速准确的检测粮食中所含的水分，以便能更好地贮存和保持粮食的各项生理性能和食用品质。该文提出一种基于555集成电路的粮食水分检测方法，含有一定水分的粮食等效于相对应的介电常数，在由555芯片构成的水分检测电路中，产生不同的频率信号。该文所提出的粮食水分检测方法，正是基于这一原理来实现的。文中重点介绍了采用555集成电路的粮食水分检测电路原理，并给出了最后的运行效果图。

In order to quickly and accurately detect the food contained in the water, and also to better storage and maintain commissariat to various physiological properties and eating quality ;A method based on the 555 integrated circuit of grain moisture detection is used in this paper,containing some moisture of grain is equivalent to corresponding dielectric constant,it can produce a different frequency signal in composed of 555 chips moisture detection grain moisture detection method reported in this paper is based on this principle to achieve. This paper has focused on the 555 integrated circuit of grain moisture detection circuit principle, and finally the final effect dia- gram has been gived.
