某24V系统车载终端电磁兼容测试和整改
资料介绍
某24 V系统车载终端进行电磁兼容测试时,沿电源线的电瞬态传导抗扰度及辐射发射项目不合格。采取增加内部电源切换电路、优化DC/DC变换器和电源模块的设计、调整滤波电路以及金属壳体接缝处使用导电泡棉的措施后,该24 V系统车载终端的电磁兼容测试符合GB/T 32960.2-2016的要求。
When a 24 V system vehicle terminal is tested for EMC,the electrical transient conduction immunity along the power line and radiation emission items are not qualified.By adding internal power switching circuit,optimizing the design of DC/DC converter and power module,adjusting the filter circuit and using conductive foam cotton at the joint of metal shell,the EMC test of the vehicle terminal of the 24 V system meets the requirements of GB/T 32960.2-2016.
