介绍一款以SG3525为主控芯片,采用推挽拓扑结构,利用高频变压器对12 V直流进行隔离升压的开关电源;通过SG3525控制器产生高频脉宽调制(PWM)波,控制开关管通断,对输入信号进行升压整流.推挽电路中加入了有源钳位电路,可以减少开关管的漏极尖峰.变压器的设计利用初级并联次级串联方式来提高整机的效率.并设计了电池过压、欠压、过流、过热等保护电路.经仿真和实验验证该开关电源具有效率高、可靠性高、电路简单、电磁干扰小等优点.

This paper introduces a SG3525 as the main chip, using push-pull topology, switching power supply for isolated boost to 12 V DC using high frequency transformer. The SG3525 controller generates a high frequency pulse width modulation(PWM) wave, controls the on-off of the switch tube, and boosts rectifier the input signal. Push-pull circuit with active clamp circuit, can reduce the drain pipe peak switch. Transformer design using primary parallel secondary series can improve the efficiency of the whole machine. The battery overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overheating protection circuit are designed.
