资料介绍

本研究旨在实现光斑位移的测量，选用一维光电位置传感器（PSD），根据其工作原理及输出特性，设计并搭建了一套基于单片机的PSD信号数据采集系统。通过单片机控制HCF4052多路转换、AD7606模/数转换等实现对PSD信号的转换采集，并对PSD进行线性度标定。实验结果表明，单片机数据采集电路精度优于10μm，满足实验精度要求。标定出PSD线性度小于等于0.055％的有效距离为9～16.5mm，这为PSD应用于光电检测等方面的一系列研究奠定了基础。

The purpose of this study is to measure thedisplacement of the light spot, using one-dimensionalphotoelectric position sensor (PSD), according to its workingprinciple and output characteristics, designed and built PSDsignal data acquisition circuit based on a microcontroller. Throughthe single chip microcomputer control HCF4052 multi-channelconversion, AD7606 analog/digital conversion, etc. to achievethe conversion of the PSD signal acquisition, and the linearitycalibration of PSD. The experimental results show that the SCMdata acquisition circuit accuracy is better than 10μm, satisfy therequirement.
