一种控制与保护开关电器电磁铁的控制电路研制

设计了一种电磁铁的控制电路,用于解决较宽工作电压波动下电磁铁起动及维持时的恒流工作,以达到电磁铁节能、降噪、稳定、可靠的功效,并有效运用了数字电路和模拟电路各自的优点,提高了电路的电磁兼容性能。经试验验证,电路的电磁兼容性能及控制电磁铁的动作性能符合相应的国家标准要求。
A control circuit was designed,which was used to ensure that the electromagnet worked in steady current when starting and maintaining under wider voltage,and to realize energy-efficient noise-reducing.This circuit used the advantage of digital circuit and artificial circuit effectively and improved EMC performance.A mass of experiments proved that the performance characteristic of electromagnet and EMC achieved the requirement of national standard.
