以北京地铁5号线ZDJ9型转辙机故障为例，通过综合分析故障现象、数据记录、测试记录，确定了故障发生的原因。针对故障原因，提出道岔启动电路的修改思路及具体改进方案。通过对道岔启动电路改进方案进行逐步试验、改进，验证了方案的合理性、可行性。

According to the fault point starting circuit used on Beijing Metro Line 5 in the process of applying ZDJ9 type switch machine, the field failure phenomenon, field data record, test record are comprehensively analyzed, rea- sons for the fault occurrence are detected. On this basis, the reform points and the specific improvement plan of the switch start circuit are put forward. Through the step-by- step test and improvement of the switch start circuit, the rationality and feasibility of the scheme is verified. This re- search shows that the improved scheme has the significance of engineering extension.
